Made of 304 stainless steel with lightweight 6063 aluminum mufflers, our line of Thunder Series exhaust systems are designed to maximize the true performance that lurks within your ride. Weighing in at less than half the weight of your cumbersome steel exhaust system, all Thunder Series exhaust systems come with a removable U.S.F.S. Approved screen-type spark arrestor. Unique to the Bill’s Pipes Thunder Series exhaust system is our trademark billet aluminum end-cap that is not only stronger than more durable than those found on other systems, but better looking, as well.

All Thunder Series exhaust systems are developed with more real, usable power in mind. Better throttle response, stronger mid-range and more top-end pull can be gained, simply by installing one of our systems on your quad. Hand–made in the USA, each pipe is manufactured to strict quality control guidelines, and all are guaranteed to fit perfectly and hold up to the rigorous abuse of hard riding on the track or trails.
