Like every product that bears the Easton name, the Easton EXP system's formula for success lies in a rich history of proven engineering and performance. Eighteen years ago, Easton altered the face of off road motorcycle performance when we designed and engineered the sport's first oversized 1 1/8 Taperwall aluminum handlebar. The Easton EXP handlebar system creates a new standard with its larger 35mm (1 3/8) size. Center, unique 8 bolt forged clamps, high grade hardware, and clever wraparound pad. So what is EXP? Easton's new EXP system once again raises the bar on handlebar performance just as their original Taperwall handlebar did almost two decades ago. The control and feel of this bar system is unmatched by any other bar available today. The Yamaha of Troy race team has chosen the EXP system for the 2008 season. Since late 2007, the team has been involved in testing. Rider Zach Osborne raced on the EXP system at round one of the 2008 AMA Supercross series

TaperWall is Easton's exclusive computer-engineered process allowing multiple tapers in the same tube, so the tube walls can be reinforced anywhere along their length with incredible precision. As a result, impact energy is transferred down the length of the bar so shock is dampened more effectively without compromising strength.
