How much will shipping be on my order?
To find out how much shipping will be, add all the items you want to purchase to your shopping basket, then click on the text in the red bar at the top of the website called 'view basket'. On the page listing all the items you want to purchase you will see a shipping calculation box below the list of products, you can use this to find out how much shipping will be.
What is the default currency on the website?
The default currency on this website is GBP. You can change the currency to your local currency in the top right hand corner of the website by selecting your currency on the drop down list below the flag icons.

How do I find out what size fits me?
We have a library of size charts for our products, the
size charts can be found here . Remember that if you are going to wear your body armour underneath your jacket or shirt you should go for a size larger than you would normally wear. With pants, as a rule of thumb, go for the same size you wear in your day to day jeans
Has my order been dispatched?
You will receive an e-mail notification when your order has been
dispatched. This will go to the e-mail address you provided
us at the time you placed you order. Be aware that sometimes these emails end up in junk mail folders, so it is worth adding our email address to your safe senders list
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Please contact us to make any amendments to an order you have
placed.
Where is my order?
Assuming that your order has left our warehouse and you received
your e-mail confirmation of that, your order should be en-route.

When should I expect my order to ship, and when will I receive
it?
Processing times vary based upon the product. If the item is
in stock then it will normally be processed and dispatched on
the first working day after you placed your order. If the item
is not in stock then you will be advised of the estimated delivery
period. You can check your estimated delivery time by checking
the table on our delivery and returns page here.
How long until my backorder is dispatched?
It really depends on the item. To get an accurate ETA on your
backordered item, you will need to contact our Customer
Services department.
How do I create an account?
When ordering an item you will be taken to the create a profile
page as part of the checkout process. If you wish to create
a profile without making a purchase then you can do so by following
this link.
How do I edit my account information?
To edit your profile information, log into your profile by following
the ‘my account’ link in the right hand column of each page,
once logged in you will be able to amend / update your details
from the links provided.
How much is delivery?
Orders over £50 to Mainland UK are Free! Otherwise delivery
costs depend on your location, we try our best to keep our charges to a minimum amount. A list of countries we ship

We can only accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, cheque
or postal order. Goods paid for by cheque will not be dispatched
until the cheque has cleared.

When will my credit be received?
Assuming your return has been received and processed, you will
receive your credit within 30 days.
When will my credit card be charged?
When making a purchase through the website you will be charged
when you complete the transaction. If ordering over the phone
your card will be charged prior to dispatching your order,
if the item you order is not in stock and we have to get it
in for you, you won’t be charged until we have the item
to send out to you.
