Introduction:

DirtBikeBitz offer a fast, efficient and hassle free delivery service. You choose which products to buy and decide where you would like them sent, and we will make sure your items are carefully packaged and arrive safely and quickly.

*We try our best to get all orders dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order when possible.

If you are based in the UK....

Orders placed with Standard UK Delivery - DPD Tracked Courier are sent with DPD. Please allow 1 - 2 days to receive your order from the day it leaves us.

Orders placed with Premium UK Delivery - DPD Tracked Courier are sent with DPD Next Day. Please allow 1 day to receive your order from the day it leaves us.

*However, if you live in the Scotish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle Of Man, Channel Islands or British Isles all orders will be sent on a 2 day delivery service with DPD.

If you are based outside of the UK....

Orders placed with Standard International Delivery - UPS Courier are sent with UPS. Please allow 3 -5 days to receive your order from the day it leaves us.

Orders placed with Express International Delivery - UPS Courier are sent with UPS. Please allow 1 - 2 days to receive your order from the day it leaves us.

Please be advised that ALL delivery estimates are ONLY estimates and based on when the item leaves us.

All orders are sent with tracking details so please ensure that you check your emails and junk folders. A signature is required for DPD and UPS, between 8am and 6pm.

Free Delivery:

FREE UK Delivery is available on all orders to Mainland UK with a minimum order value of £49.

How much will delivery cost on my order?

To find out how much the delivery cost will be, you need to add all the items you want to purchase to your shopping basket. On the shopping basket page you will see the Shipping Estimator.

You can then select your country for delivery, click update and find out how much the various delivery options will be. Dont forget that our prices are in GBP, so if you live outside the UK you can change the currency on the web site to your local currency.

Shortages & Damaged Items:

All items not received must be notified to us in writing or via email within 14 days to enable us to make enquiries and register a claim with the carrier. Items reported after that time cannot be refunded.

Items damaged on arrived must be reported in writing or via email within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made after this time cannot be warranted.

1. Items returned because they are damaged, defective or sent incorrectly

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will (within reason) refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us (by refunding your return postage costs up to 6.99).

You MUST NOT write directly, apply stickers or stamps on to the original packaging as this will affect our ability to re-sell the item and may result in a refund being denied if one is requested. We reserve the right to refuse items sent back with defaced or damaged packaging or to charge for the packaging to be replaced.

For large / heavy items please contact us and we will arrange a collection.

DirtBikeBitz will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

2. Items cancelled or returned for refund or exchange

If you are not completely satisfied with your goods you may return them unused and in the original condition with tags attached within 60 days of the day that you receive your order. Please state if you require a refund or exchange. No refund will be given if after this 60 day period.

NOTE: Custom Graphics and Shirt Printing have been made specifically for you they cannot be returned for refunds or exchanges.

Returns

Exchanges

Simply return items to the returns address, which is also found in the top left hand corner of your invoice, include a copy of your invoice if possible otherwise, as a minimum, your name, address, order number and telephone number and add a small note saying what you want us to do.

Free Redelivery: For UK customers we will return the item to you free of charge. You just pay to get it back and well send you back the replacement free of charge.

In a hurry: Then just re-order the item you need in the correct size online and send the item that dosnt fit back for a refund.

Additional Monies & Refunds: Additional monies for return postage or the additional cost of items can be taken on the same card you used when you made your original order with your permission.

Refunds

Just send the item you dont want back to us in its original condition and packaging and we will sort your refund as soon as we get it back.

If a full refund is requested and the item your are returning has been specially ordered for you, a 20% restocking charge may be applicable, unless faulty or damaged goods. We regret we cannot refund postage costs unless item is faulty.

Items returned outside of the 60 day period will not be refunded.

By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered (7 Day Cooling Off Period). This applies to all of our products except for the purchase of video or DVD products where the item has been unsealed.

If a full refund is requested and the item you are returning is outside of the 7 day cooling off period you will be refunded the value of the goods returned less the cost of shipping the item to you. Shipping costs are 3.99 for items sent by post and 6.99 for items sent by courier (UK only, other destinations vary). Even though we ship items over 50 free of charge these costs still apply if you return items for a refund outside of the 7 day cooling off period as these are the costs we have incurred in shipping your order to you.

Please note that you are responsible for any returned items until they are received by us. For this reason we suggest you use an insured method of return such as recorded delivery. You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.

3. Items returned from overseas

Goods returned from overseas must be marked clearly with "Returned Goods of UK origin" to allow UK Customs clearance. We will not accept any goods returned to us which have incurred Customs charges. Goods which have incurred charges will be refused.

4. Extended Christmas Returns Policy

We have extended our normal 60 days return policy to make Christmas shopping easier for you. If you purchase any items between 10th October 2016 and 25th December 2016 you'll have until 20th January 2017 to return them to us. This will make buying Christmas presents and the exchange/refund procedure easier for you.

Please Note: All clearance items purchased are NOT eligible for Extended Christmas Returns, and only qualify for our normal 60 days returns policy.
